How does per-seat billing work on Pro?
Pro is billed per teammate in your workspace. Add or remove members at any time and your next invoice is prorated automatically. Billing is handled securely by Paystack.
What happens when I hit a Free plan limit?
Free workspaces are capped at 3 teammates, 2 projects, and 100 issues. When you reach a cap we prompt you to upgrade — your existing data is never deleted, and reads keep working even if you are over a limit.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly two months versus monthly. You can change billing period from your workspace billing settings whenever you like.
Do you offer a trial of Pro?
You can start on Free with no card required and upgrade to Pro the moment you need the AI agent or higher limits. Downgrading later never deletes your work.
How is the AI agent metered?
Pro includes 50 AI messages per user per day. Enterprise removes the per-user limit entirely. The agent triages your backlog, detects duplicate issues, and writes cycle and standup reports.
